In WWE All Stars per Wii, i miti del passato e quelli del presente si incontrano per dare vita ad un poderoso gioco di azione arcade al quale potranno partecipare fino a quattro giocatori. Lotta corpo a corpo con i grandi di ieri come Hulk Hogan, "Macho Man" Randy Savage e Ultimate Warrior, o porta sul ring le mosse più moderne delle star dei nostri giorni come Big Show, Triple H e John Cena.
Tutti i giocatori, anche i meno esperti, potranno buttarsi subito nella mischia, scegliendo il proprio lottatore fra le grandi leggende del wrestling suddivise in quattro categorie: Brawler, Acrobat, Grappler o Big Man. Impara a sfruttare le peculiarità di ogni classe di wrestler per ottenere il massimo impatto possibile dai diversi attacchi del tuo lottatore, dalle sue esclusive mosse speciali e dalle devastanti mosse finali. In pochissimo tempo riuscirai a lanciare in aria gli avversari, a farli roteare con i tuoi pugni e a scatenare straordinari combo! Potrai addirittura creare dal nulla la tua star e lanciarla in battaglia contro i grandi del WWE in incontri dal ritmo serrato.
Grazie alla grafica stilizzata, che riproduce lo spettacolo del WWE in maniera estremamente realistica, sentirai l'impatto del combattimento sulla tua pelle, mentre combatti in tantissime modalità di gioco diverse. Cerca di sconfiggere due wrestler rivali in un incontro Triple Threat, metti alla prova la tua forza nella modalità Steel Cage o affronta la modalità Fantasy Warfare per vesti i panni dei leggendari combattenti WWE o delle superstar di oggi in una serie di incontri che stabiliranno una volta per tutte la superiorità di una delle due generazioni.
Se le coinvolgenti vicende del WWE ti hanno sempre appassionato, sarai felice di sapere che ora anche tu potrai scrivere un tuo capitolo nella storia del wrestling nella modalità Path of Champions. 雖然《WWE激爆職業摔角：全明星大賽》所釋出的試玩版內容不多，也讓不少喜歡摔角的玩家意猶未盡，卻讓像筆者一樣很少接觸摔角遊戲的玩家，也對這款遊戲產生了興趣。希望日後遊戲製作公司能夠再提供更多像是「樓梯大戰」、「多人混戰」等等的玩法，進而提升玩家對這款遊戲的期待度。
