Tante Lucy, Tierärztin in einem weltbekannten Tierpark, bittet besorgt um Hilfe: Skrupellose Manager planen den Zoo aufzukaufen, um daraus eine profitable Minigolf-Anlage zu bauen. Jetzt gilt es den einst so erfolgreichen Zoo schnellstmöglich wieder profitabel zu machen. Leider plagen den exotischen Tieren das eine oder andere Wehwehchen und insbesondere eine verbreitete Virus-Infektion gefährdet den Bestand. Nur gut, dass der Spieler seine frisch erworbenen Kenntnisse von der Veterinär-Uni gleich unter Beweis stellen kann.
Mit der Wii-Fernbedienung als Instrument können alleine oder im Team über 40 Tiere auf unterschiedlichste Weise behandelt werden. Nach der Diagnose müssen dem Gorilla Zähne gezogen werden, dem Bären Wunden versorgt und genäht werden und der Eule plagen lästiges Ungeziefer. Hartnäckige Viren und verschluckte Kleinteile fordern dem Spieler unter Zeitdruck Geschicklichkeit und Fingerspitzengefühl ab, um mit seinem Instrument die Tiere wieder ganz gesund zu machen. Natürlich brauchen die Tiere auch täglich Pflege, Zuspruch und artgerechte Fütterung, damit sie sich rundum wohlfühlen. Wichtige Informationen liefert dabei das umfangreiche Nachschlagewert zu den einzelnen Artgenossen.
