指出，玩家在遊戲中可以編排塑身課程，遊戲內有多樣化的運動，保持玩家塑身時的新鮮感;玩家還將有虛擬教練，虛擬教練會示範適 合的動作，並依照玩家的實際表現、即時給予意見。 《你的塑身》首席設計師Felicia Williams笑說，玩家在遊戲中並不能取巧，因為攝影機隨 時盯著你的身體與動作。
玩家在體驗《你的塑身》時，不需要手持WII控制器，可以輕鬆地舒展身體;Ubisoft表示，攝影機與專利體型塑造技術會隨著玩家課程進度，顯示玩家努力運動的效果，以便讓玩家有成就感，鼓勵玩家繼續運動。
