High School Musical is een game van de gelijknamige films van Disney. Samen met bekende personages, liedjes en omgevingen uit High School Musical en High School Musical 2 moeten spelers zich een weg naar de top zingen. Dit gebeurt met behulp van de bijgeleverde microfoon.
In de verhaalmodus speel je de verhaallijnen uit de twee High School Musical-films zelf na als één van de personages. Hierbij moet je allerlei verschillende liedjes zingen die ook uit de films komen. In de Party Mode strijden spelers in een karaokewedstrijd tegen elkaar. In totaal bevat de game ongeveer 30 liedjes.
