Samwise, now Mayor, embarks on a colorful tale of the revered warrior, Strideras Aragorn is known in his Ranger daysand his most valiant battles.
Players assume the role of Aragorn to take on his greatest quests from The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Wielding a sword, shield, bow and spear, fans will battle enemies, lead armies and journey through a colorful and fresh rendition of Middle-earth. Players can even switch between spear and sword on horseback; taking down evil foes in a truly action-packed gameplay experience. Two-player co-op gameplay featuring Gandalf allows kids, families and friends to work together in the heart of the action.
Extension of the LOTR Universe: Journey through Middle-earth as Aragorn and live out the heroic adventures through The Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Come puoi ben immaginare, Aragorn è tutto fuorché un semplice eroe. Sfruttando le funzionalità sensibili al movimento del telecomando Wii e del Nunchuk per immergerti nell'azione, potrai usare non soltanto la spada e lo scudo, ma anche l'arco e la lancia, combattendo per sgominare i tuoi avversari. E soprattutto, attaccherai i nemici restando in groppa al tuo cavallo, lanciandoti in cariche improvvise e poi puntando a quelli che ancora non sono dispersi con il tuo intero arsenale di armi.
Il suo valore nell'arte del combattimento fa di Aragorn indubbiamente un grande guerriero, ma forse il suo principale punto di forza sul campo di battaglia sono proprio i suoi amici. Le truppe alleate sono infatti pronte ad aiutarlo quando il numero dei nemici è schiacciante e il grido di battaglia di Aragorn permetterà sia di spaventare i nemici sia di richiamare i rinforzi dell'esercito che lo accompagna.
L'alleato più forte di tutti, comunque, si presenta in una forma persino più potente di Aragorn stesso. L'intera avventura potrà essere apprezzata da tutti i fan de Il Signore degli Anelli, a prescindere dall'età e dal livello di esperienza: la modalità cooperativa permette a un secondo giocatore di calarsi nei panni di Gandalf e affiancare Aragorn nel suo viaggio con attacchi magici ripristinando e proteggendo le forze del bene.
