《歡樂森巴》是 SEGA 於 1999 年推出的大型電玩音樂節奏遊戲，採用拉丁音樂傳統樂器「沙鈴（Maracas）」為題材，以配合音樂節奏搖晃沙鈴的方式來遊玩。
本次預定推出的 Wii《歡樂森巴》將承襲大型電玩版與 DC 移植版《歡樂森巴》與《歡樂森巴 2000》的內容，並配合 Wii 主機的特性，改以 Wii 遙控器取代沙鈴控制器。
根據國外網站的試玩報導，Wii 版將提供 2 種操控方式，包括 Wii 遙控器 + 雙截棍控制器或者是 2 組 Wii 遙控器。由於 Wii 遙控器的紅外線感應功能無法感應高度，因此 Wii 版的操控方式將有所調整，必須透過手持 Wii 遙控器的角度來判斷晃動的高度。 | | title (ZHCN) | 快乐桑巴(美) |
