遊戲收錄了 24 位 Marvel 旗下的英雄角色，每位都具有獨特的超能力，玩家可以自由安排組成最強的夢幻隊伍。與盟友合作：遊戲的合作模式可支援最多4位玩家利用離線或是線上的方式進行遊戲。
選擇自己要加入的陣營：
在理念不同的兩大英雄陣營中，選擇自己想要加入的一方。兩方陣營分別為保衛國家安全的 Pro-Registration，以及追求個人自由的 Anti-Registration。
聯手擊敗恐懼：
結合超級英雄的超能力，將可產生無與倫比的力量。如果與霹靂火及雷神聯手的話，就可製造出極具威力的龍捲風。遊戲中可以組合出超過250種聯手技，讓玩家在戰鬥之中發揮出意想不到的攻擊效果。
發揮超能力盡情破壞：
玩家可以摧毀或利用場景中所有道具。像是街上的車輛、路燈、機械設備等物品，都可以用來當成打擊敵人的武器。
