Sin embargo el Dr. Light pensó que podría tener algunas fallas en su sistema físico y también que podría romper la primera regla de la robótica: Un robot jamas debe dañar a un ser humano. Para evitar eso, decidió guardarlo en una cápsula para que esta revisara su confiabilidad y sus sistemas logicos. Las pruebas llevarían mucho tiempo y el Dr. Light no viviría para hasta el final completo de las pruebas.
Luego de 100 años un científico arqueologo llamado Dr. Cain, encontró el laboratorio de Dr. Light, y entre los restos hallo a X, Cain quedó tan impresionado con el robot que al investigar cómo estaba construido, basándose en él creó a los Reploids (replic androids), que son robots parecidos a X que también piensan y razonan, la producción en masa de los Reploids comenzó rápidamente. | | title (KO) | 메가맨 X |
