Monsters are out to stop you, and obstacles like trees, rocks and rivers block your progress. However, by collecting certain Heart Framers you can earn Magic Shots that turn enemies into harmless eggs, which also serve as handy rafts. A su regreso de Haunted Castle, el malvado Great Devil secuestra a Lala y reta a Lolo a rescatarla de nuevo. Ahora él debe asumir el desafío de Great Devil en la torre y los laberintos del castillo.
Para rescatar a Lala, Lolo tendrá que abrirse camino por los laberintos recogiendo la joya que hay en cada habitación. Para ganar también tendrá que empujar losas, recoger corazones, convertir temporalmente a los enemigos en huevos con sus disparos mágicos, y evitar ataques enemigos moviendo cubos esmeralda.
