| | title (EN) | Magical Drop III | | synopsis (EN) | Puzzle action game released by Data East in 1997. Control a clown to pull in and throw back balloons hurled from the top of the screen. If you line up three or more balloons of the same color in a row vertically they will burst, but if you’re not quick enough the balloons will squash the clown and it’s game over. Once you’ve caught the hang of bursting balloons, next you need to master combos and chains.

Der Spieler steuert einen Clown, der Kugeln auffängt, die kontinuierlich oben am Bildschirm erscheinen und diese dann wieder hochwirft. Indem er drei gleichfarbige Kugeln senkrecht übereinander stapelt, lösen sich diese auf. Da die Kugeln mit der Zeit immer weiter nach unten rücken, wird der Clown, wenn du bummelst, von den Kugeln erdrückt und das Spiel ist vorbei.
Mit schnellen und präzisen Zügen kannst du die Kugeln abräumen und, wenn du dich erstmal eingespielt hast, Kaskaden auslösen. Die Grundregeln sind die gleichen wie im Vorgängerspiel, allerdings ist die Anzahl der Spielfiguren in der dritten Version auf 16 angestiegen und es gibt einen neuen Modus, nämlich „Magical Journey". Das MAGICAL DROP-Universum wirkt dadurch noch viel tiefgründiger.

Controllando il clown, il giocatore deve attirare le sfere che scendono dall’alto dello schermo e rilanciarle in modo da allineare più sfere dello stesso colore. Quando tre sfere dello stesso colore sono allineate verticalmente, scompaiono.
Con il passar del tempo le sfere scendono dall'alto verso il clown, avvicinandosi sempre più. Se riescono a schiacciarlo, sarà game over! All’inizio è importante muoversi rapidamente e con precisione, puntando a eliminare le sfere giuste. Acquisita una certa dimestichezza, si potrà poi mirare a sfruttare l’effetto delle reazioni a catena! Le regole di base sono le stesse del titolo precedente, ma questo terzo titolo della serie conta ben 16 personaggi e la nuova modalità Magical Journey Mode. Questa offre un'esperienza di gioco ancora più intensa e immerge il giocatore nel fantastico mondo di MAGICAL DROP.

Maak een verticale rij van drie of meer ballonnen om ze te laten knappen! Als je daar een beetje handigheid in hebt gekregen, probeer dan eens kettingreacties en combo's te maken. Maar schiet op, anders wordt de clown door de ballonnen verpletterd en is het spel voorbij!
De basisregels van het spel zijn hetzelfde als in MAGICAL DROP II, maar met 16 personages om uit te kiezen en de nieuwe Magical Journey-stand biedt MAGICAL DROP III nog veel meer speelplezier!
