What it does is connect to the Internet (if you have WiFi) and update your Brawl+ files to match the latest official versions. This means that if your Wii is homebrew capable and has WiFi, then you don't need a PC at all to play the game. You are given the opportunity to rename existing files. It also has Gecko OS build into it so you can launch that and start Brawl+ easily. |
