any sounds you like. They swim in
schools of four; their frequency
changes depending on how fast they
swim.

Iwai, les Electroplankton sont
d'étranges créatures aquatiques que
vous allez utiliser comme des
instruments afin de produire toutes
sortes de sons et d'images... Laissez
libre cours à votre imagination!
Semblables à des poissons, les
Rec-Rec se nourrissent d'ondes
sonores qu'ils digèrent puis rejouent à
intervalles réguliers, ce qui vous
permet de reproduire facilement tous
les sons que vous souhaitez. Ils
nagent côte à côte par bancs de
quatre. La fréquence à laquelle ils
émettent des sons change selon leur
vitesse.

Die kleinen Electroplankton-Tierchen,
kreiert vom japanischen
Medienkünstler Toshio Iwai, sind
lebendige Instrumente, mit denen du

interagieren und eine Vielzahl an
Klängen frei nach deinen Ideen
erzeugen kannst.
Das fischartige Rec-Rec-Plankton
verschluckt Klangwellen und
reproduziert die Geräusche, die es
aufgenommen hat. Füttere die vier
Tierchen mit deiner Stimme oder
anderen Geräuschen. Bald wirst du
erkennen, dass die Klänge, mit denen
du Rec-Rec fütterst, auch
Auswirkungen auf ihre
Schwimmgeschwindigkeit haben.
Komponiere deine eigenen kreativen
Melodien im Aufführungsmodus, oder
lasse dir von den Plankton-Tierchen
im Zuhörermodus etwas vorspielen.

El Rec-Rec es un plancton con forma
de pez que se nutre de ondas
sonoras, las cuales digiere y
reproduce a intervalos perfectos. De
este modo, es idóneo para reproducir
cualquier sonido que se te ocurra. Los
Rec-Rec viajan siempre de lado a
lado en grupos de cuatro. La
frecuencia de las ondas que emiten
varía según su velocidad de
desplazamiento.
Utiliza el modo Actuación para crear
tus propias composiciones originales o
relájate con el modo Público y deja
que el electroplancton improvise.

viventi acquatici, ma anche degli
strumenti musicali con i quali potrai
creare una varietà di suoni e immagini

I Rec-Rec sembrano dei pesciolini e
si nutrono di onde sonore, che
digeriscono e poi ripetono a intervalli
regolari: possono riprodurre tutti i
suoni che vuoi! Si trovano a gruppi di
quattro esemplari e la frequenza dei
loro richiami dipende dalla velocità
con la quale nuotano.
Scegli la modalità Artista per
comporre le tue melodie oppure
rilassati in modalità Spettatore
lasciando che gli Electroplankton si
sbizzarriscano da soli.
