Hanenbow launch themselves out of
the water towards floating plants,
creating strange sounds and melodies
as they bounce off the leaves. When a
leaf is repeatedly hit by a Hanenbow,
it changes colour, altering the sound
produced. No-one knows why
Hanenbow display this strange
behaviour.
Use Performance mode to create
your own unique compositions, or
relax with Audience mode and let the
Electroplankton run wild.

Iwai, les Electroplankton sont
d'étranges créatures aquatiques que
vous allez utiliser comme des
instruments afin de produire toutes
sortes de sons et d'images... Laissez
libre cours à votre imagination!
Les Hanenbow aiment se lancer hors
de l'eau pour sauter sur des plantes
flottantes. Ils produisent des sons et
des mélodies étranges lorsqu'ils
rebondissent sur les feuilles. Quand
une feuille est touchée plusieurs fois,
celle-ci change peu à peu de couleur,
modifiant le son produit. Personne ne
sait expliquer le comportement
étrange des Hanenbow...

Die kleinen Electroplankton-Tierchen,
kreiert vom japanischen
Medienkünstler Toshio Iwai, sind
lebendige Instrumente, mit denen du
auf unterschiedlichste Art und Weise
interagieren und eine Vielzahl an
Klängen frei nach deinen Ideen
erzeugen kannst.
Das Hanenbow-Plankton springt aus
dem Wasser und erzeugt verschiedene
Töne, sobald es auf die aus dem See
ragenden Blätter trifft, von denen es
abprallt. Versuche, das Plankton
mehrmals auf die selben Blätter
springen zu lassen, um deren Farbe
und den erzeugten Klang zu
verändern. Was wohl passiert, wenn
alle Blätter gleichzeitig ihre Farbe
verändern?
Komponiere deine eigenen kreativen
Melodien im Aufführungsmodus, oder
lasse dir von den Plankton-Tierchen
im Zuhörermodus etwas vorspielen.

Los Hanenbow se propulsan hacia
hojas flotantes de la superficie,
creando sonidos extraños y melodías
al rebotar contra las algas. Cuando
impactan contra una hoja, esta cambia
de color gradualmente, lo que a su
vez influye en el sonido producido.
Nadie ha sabido explicar el porqué del
comportamiento de esta variedad de
plancton.
Utiliza el modo Actuación para crear
tus propias composiciones originales o
relájate con el modo Público y deja
que el electroplancton improvise.

viventi acquatici, ma anche degli
strumenti musicali con i quali potrai
creare una varietà di suoni e immagini
limitata solo dalla tua fantasia!
Gli Hanenbow si lanciano uno dietro
l'altro fouri dall'acqua e, rimbalzando
sulle foglie di una pianta galleggiante,
danno vita a strane melodie. Se una
foglia viene colpita ripetutamente,
questa cambia sia il colore che il
suono emesso. Nessuno ha ancora
capito perché gli Hanenbow si
comportino così.
Scegli la modalità Artista per
comporre le tue melodie oppure
rilassati in modalità Spettatore
lasciando che gli Electroplankton si
sbizzarriscano da soli.
