Biorhythmus-Modelle verwenden drei
Zyklen: einen 23-tägigen
"körperlichen" Zyklus, einen
28-tägigen "emotionalen Zyklus" und
einen 33-tägigen "intellektuellen
Zyklus". Jeder dieser Zyklen schwankt
in Form einer Sinuskurve zwischen
einem Hoch- und einem Niedrigwert.
Tage, an denen die Null-Linie gekreuzt
